Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do I need any tools to change the LED color modules?

No tools are required! The SPERAS TH12 features a brilliant, quick-swap system. You simply unscrew the head, pop out the current LED module, drop the new one in, and screw the head back on. It takes less than 10 seconds in the field.

Is the zoom mechanism loose or wobbly like other flashlights?

Not at all. A common issue with adjustable focus lights is "head wobble" which creates noise and feels cheap. We engineered the TH12 with extremely tight tolerances so the rotary zoom is buttery smooth and totally silent without any rattling.

Why use a Green or Red light for outdoor observation?

Green light (reaching 1680m on the TH12) is highly visible to the human eye but largely invisible to many animals, making it perfect for observing wildlife without spooking them. Red light (825m) is softer and helps preserve your natural night vision when reading maps or working close up.

How does the Extended Control Switch connect?

It connects directly to the Type-C charging port on the tail cap. This provides a much more secure and stable connection compared to older, traditional pressure pad plugs.
